West Bank – Reconsider Travel

• U.S. government employees can use Routes 1, 90, and 443 at any time.

The pedestrian crossing between Egypt and Gaza (Rafah Crossing) has been closed since May 7, 2024, and remains closed to the general public.

In a move that is shockingly shocking, we learn that although Trump stopped it, the U.S. has been funding abortions performed outside of our borders.

The Mexico City Policy

In 2017, President Trump reinstated the Mexico City Policy on his first day in office and significantly expanded its scope under the name “Protecting Life in Global Health Assistance,” extending the restrictions to all U.S. global health funding—totaling around $8.8 billion—rather than limiting it to family planning aid alone.

This meant foreign non-governmental organizations (NGOs) in recipient countries could lose U.S. support if they performed, counseled on, or advocated for abortion as a family planning method, even using their own funds, with the stated goal of preventing taxpayer dollars from indirectly supporting abortions abroad.

Enacted on December 17, 1973, the Helms Amendment, was introduced by Senator Jesse Helms (R-NC) as part of the Foreign Assistance Act. It already prohibits U.S. foreign aid funds from paying for the performance of abortion “as a method of family planning” or to motivate/coerce anyone to practice abortions. Passed shortly after Roe v. Wade, it aimed to prevent taxpayer dollars from supporting abortions abroad. It remains permanent law, with interpretations often applying it broadly (excluding exceptions like rape, incest, or life endangerment in practice), though it was clarified in the 1990s to allow pregnancy options counseling. It preceded expansions like the Mexico City Policy and continues to restrict global reproductive health funding.

In Summary

There is no U.S. tax money going to foreign groups that support or promote abortion (or DEI/gender ideology). Today, over 1,000 current and former Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) employees signed a letter demanding HHS Secretary Robert F. Kennedy Jr., resigns.

They accuse him of endangering public health through politicized leadership.

The letter was addressed to both Kennedy and Congress, and followed his sudden ousting of CDC Director Susan Monarez. She was fired for refusing to support new vaccine restrictions.

This action first prompted 4 senior CDC officials to resign in protest, citing Kennedy’s ‘anti-vaccine’ policies and the appointment of “political ideologues” to key roles.

Employees also criticized Kennedy for:

• Undermining “evidence-based science”

• Rescinding FDA emergency authorizations for COVID-19 vaccines, and

• Failing to engage with CDC experts.

The letter was organized by the group “Save HHS”, and emphasized that Kennedy’s actions threaten the nation’s health.

It called for a new HHS Secretary committed to unbiased, peer-reviewed science.

Some signatories remained anonymous, fearing retaliation.

HHS Communications Director Andrew Nixon defended Kennedy, claiming his reforms aim to restore trust in the CDC, which my readers know is a lost cause, especially since they’re not a government agency— they’re a for-profit company that is not only sponsored by Big Pharma but also makes money from vaccines.

This call for RFK Jr’s resignation was met with backlash today. It included calls from lawmakers like Senators Bernie Sanders and Patty Murray for Kennedy’s removal, amid broader concerns over his vaccine skepticism and leadership decisions.

Vero Beach, Fla. - Utah plastic surgeon Dr. Kirk Moore is facing thirty five years in federal prison for destroying thousands of vials of COVID-19 vaccine, giving his patients vaccine cards without taking the shots, and injecting saline into children whose parents wanted them to believe they got vaccinated without risking the deadly side effects.

Dr. Michael Kirk Moore Jr., 58, who operates his practice Plastic Surgery Institute of Utah, Inc. in Salt Lake County, Utah, begins his trial on Monday, July 7, 2025, at the Orrin G. Hatch U.S. Courthouse, located at 351 S. West Temple, Salt Lake City, Utah.

The charges against Dr. Moore were filled in 2023 by the Department of Justice under Joe Biden, and have not been dropped yet by President Trump’s Attorney General Pam Bondi.

HHS Secretary Robert F. Kennedy Jr. has not formally intervened, despite his agency’s Inspector General’s involvement, but did publicly expressed his support in April of this year, saying on his government verified X account, “Dr. Moore deserves a medal for his courage and commitment to healing.”

Officially, Dr. Moore and his co-defendant, are being charged with conspiracy to defraud the United States; conspiracy to convert, sell, convey, and dispose of government property; and conversion, sale, conveyance, and disposal of government property and aiding and abetting.

The “government property” being referred to is $28,028.50 worth of “government-provided COVID-19 vaccines”, also referred to by Pfizer as “government prototypes” due to their experimental, untested, and dangerous nature.

Dr. Moore is also accused of specifically distributing at least 1,937 “fraudulently completed vaccination record cards” to his patients, none of which are testifying for or against him in this case, and also administering saline shots to some of their kids, admitted by the DOJ to have been carried out with the full knowledge and consent of their parents, so their children would actually believe and act as if they were vaccinated, and not have to lie to live a normal life with their friends amidst the pandemic mandates and madness.

Dr. Moore was even arrested initially when the charges were made official in 2023.

“In a blatant act of intimidation and punitive cruelty, Dr. Moore was arrested and incarcerated for 22 days—isolated for 22 hours each day—merely for attempting to communicate essential court information to co-defendants,” Dr. Margaret Aranda, who has followed the case closely, said on Substack.

“Kirk Moore offered his patients a choice when others wouldn’t,” Dr. Bowden said of the doctors couregaous stand. “He received no compensation for his care and has paid a tremendous price for honoring his patients’ fundamental right to bodily autonomy.”

Despite the aggressive and nastily toned characterization of Dr. Moore by the DOJ, he has no criminal record, is a devoted father raising two children alone after tragically losing his ex-wife to suicide in 2019, and is a decorated U.S. Navy Flight Surgeon who has tirelessly cared for patients throughout his career.

“Amid the COVID-19 crisis, he courageously provided free medical care to those in need, making house calls and offering essential treatments without compensation,” Dr. Margaret Aranda said on Substack. “The individuals who turned to Dr. Moore did not do so lightly, nor did they seek refuge merely for convenience or leisure. These were men and women whose fundamental constitutional rights to medical autonomy were being compromised. They faced profound and life-altering threats: military personnel urgently seeking help as they faced imminent deployment—being unjustly threatened with court martial unless vaccinated; brave individuals who, within hours of seeing Dr. Moore, would leave to defend our nation’s freedom. Others were desperately awaiting life-saving organ transplants, yet cruelly denied these procedures due solely to their vaccination status, forced into a devastating choice between their beliefs and their very lives.”

“Dr. Moore provided these individuals with a chance to uphold their deeply held personal convictions while safeguarding their futures,” Dr. Aranda pointedly concluded.

The U.S. government team, previously headed by Biden-appointed prosecutor U.S. Attorney Trina A. Higgins, is now being overseen by Felice John Viti, Acting-U.S. Attorney for the District of Utah, who previously served on the Counterterrorism Section of the National Security Division and has investigated terrorists in war zones for most of his career.

And prepare for war is exactly what the U.S. did in this case, involving everything short of the DOD, such as the Office of Inspector General, U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (HHS-OIG), Homeland Security Investigations (HSI) division and the FBI.

This war footing has also had a chilling effect on the courtroom and the overseeing justice, Judge Howard C. Nielson, Jr., a Trump appointee in 2017 and former member of the Federalist Society, who has instructed the jury and opposing councils to not mention vaccines, covid-19, alleged “medical misinformation” and other details about Dr. Moore’s intentions and safety concerns, because it may “poison the jury pool.”

“Shockingly, the prosecution has moved to deny Dr. Moore and his co-defendants their fundamental right to present a necessity defense—an essential opportunity to demonstrate that their actions were taken in good faith to prevent greater harm,” Dr. Aranda said. “Furthermore, the prosecution seeks to exclude testimony from patients harmed by COVID-19 vaccines, silencing crucial voices and denying the jury critical context. Such actions suggest not justice, but an orchestrated attempt to suppress evidence that might validate Dr. Moore’s ethically driven decisions.”

Dr. Moore is also under surveillance by the Trump DOJ.

“When they threw me in jail for contacting my co-defendant one of the further restrictions that I had for pre-trial release was only to communicate via text message and email,” Dr. Moore told this reporter. “I had sent them a message on Signal. They thought I was trying to hide communications. They put monitoring on my phones.”

Due to the case being held in Federal court and not State, no livestream or recordings will be available throughout the trial, and unless you are physically in the courtroom, or part of the defense or prosecution teams, the public will not have timely access to developments or transcripts. Because of this, the Died Suddenly team is closely considering attending the trial in person as court reporters, to provide crucial updates for the American people, whose liberties are truly on trial in this case.

“Before Fauci, before any pharmaceutical company, the U.S. government chose to prosecute a doctor that honored his oath, to do no harm to his patients,” Matthew Skow, the award winning film maker of Died Suddenly and partner of Gateway Studios, said after learning the details of Dr. Moore’s case.

The line team of prosecutors are led by Todd Bouton, a former federal judge, who joined the DOJ at the height of the pandemic to pursue COVID-related and healthcare fraud, and his assistants are Jacob Strain, and Special Assistant U.S. Attorney Sachiko Jepson.

Constitutional Attorney Jonathan W. Emord says the case is a prime opportunity for dismissal, and if convicted, President Trump should at the minimum consider pardoning Dr. Moore, especially based on his past statements, criticizing COVID-19 lockdowns and vaccination mandates, often framing them as overreaches of government authority or threats to personal freedom.

“The left wing lunatics are trying very hard to bring back COVID lockdowns and mandates with all of their sudden fearmongering about the new variants that are coming,” President Trump said in a campaign video before the 2024 election, condemning the same tyrannical henchmen now gathering against Dr. Moore. “They want to restart the COVID hysteria so they can justify more lockdowns, more censorship, more illegal dropboxes, more mail-in ballots and trillions of dollars in payoffs to their political allies.”

“Every COVID tyrant who wants to take away our freedom,” President Trump said, addressing those who sought to mandate the same Covid-19 vaccines that Dr. Moore refused to administer to patients. “Hear these words: We will not comply. So don't even think about it. We will not shut down our schools. We will not accept your lockdowns. We will not abide by your mask mandates and we will not tolerate your vaccine mandates.”

President Trump’s words and Dr. Moore’s actions are only further justified by the FDA’s decision to add a new safety warning label to all mRNA COVID vaccines, stating the extremely high risk of Myocarditis and long term Heart Effects in young men who take the shots and boosters.

The Hippocratic Oath that all doctors ascribe to, and Dr. Moore was following, says to prescribe only beneficial treatments, according to his abilities and judgment; to refrain from causing harm or hurt; and to live an exemplary personal and professional life.

If the shots now officially cause myocarditis, wouldn’t refraining from administering them according to one’s judgment, be refraining from causing harm or hurt, and be the best example of living an exemplary personal and professional life?

From a doctor’s standpoint, what Dr. Moore did was tantamount to hiding people from the Nazis. You disobey a bad law to save lives — what is wrong with that, even in God’s eyes? And that makes him a hero.

On the charges, one is that the government ‘could have used the vaccines for someone else’ — well then, next time, maybe don’t waste them down the drain… see if anyone else will take them.

The Supreme Court has ruled 6-3 that South Carolina has the right to defund the Planned Parenthood abortion business. The pro-life state wants to be able to block taxpayer funding for the abortion business under Medicaid, but the abortion company sued to block that action.

Today, the Supreme Court ruled South Carolina has the power to block funding. In the decision, written by Justice Neil Gorsuch, the Supreme Court said Medicaid laws do not give individuals the right to bring federal lawsuits against states.

The high court’s ruling means that the state can direct Medicaid funding—funds intended to help low-income individuals obtain necessary medical assistance—to comprehensive health care rather than entities that exist primarily to perform abortions.

“[P]rivate enforcement does not always benefit the public, not least because it requires States to divert money and attention away from social services and toward litigation,” the court wrote in its opinion. “And balancing those costs and benefits poses a question of public policy that, under our system of government, only Congress may answer.”

South Carolina has sought to exclude Planned Parenthood from its Medicaid program since 2018 because it kills babies in abortions and has a history of Medicaid fraud.

Republican Gov. Henry McMaster issued executive orders barring the pro-abortion organization from receiving reimbursements for non-abortion services like cancer screenings, STI testing, and contraception arguing that the funding just frees the abortion business to spend funds killing babies.

Susan B. Anthony Pro-Life America Director of Legal Affairs and Policy Counsel Katie Daniel praised the ruling:

“By rejecting Planned Parenthood’s lawfare, the Court not only saves countless unborn babies from a violent death and their mothers from dangerously shoddy ‘care,’ it also protects Medicaid from exposure to thousands of lawsuits from unqualified providers that would jeopardize the entire program. Pro-life Republican leaders are eliminating government waste and prioritizing Medicaid for those who need it most – women, children, the poor, people with disabilities. Planned Parenthood was rightly disqualified. Multi-billion-dollar abortion businesses are not entitled to an unending money grab that forces taxpayers to fund America’s #1 cause of death: abortion.”

“States should be free to fund real, comprehensive care and exclude organizations like Planned Parenthood that profit off abortion and distribute dangerous gender-transition drugs to minors,” said ADF Senior Counsel and Vice President of Appellate Advocacy John Bursch, who argued before the court. “The American people don’t want their tax dollars propping up the abortion industry. The Supreme Court rightly restored the ability of states like South Carolina to steward limited public resources to best serve their citizens.”

The state argues that it should not be forced to fund an organization that performs abortions, even if Medicaid dollars are not directly used for them.

“South Carolina has a right to decide that abortion providers like Planned Parenthood are not qualified to receive taxpayer dollars through Medicaid,” John Bursch, a lawyer for the state, told the court. “State officials should be free to determine that Planned Parenthood—a multi-billion-dollar activist organization—is not a real healthcare provider and is not qualified to receive taxpayer funding through Medicaid.”

The state’s position is that Planned Parenthood could regain eligibility stopping abortions—a choice the organization has rejected.

Planned Parenthood South Atlantic, which operates two abortion businesses in Charleston and Columbia, joined forces with a Medicaid patient to challenge the state’s decision.

Lower courts, including the 4th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals, have ruled in Planned Parenthood’s favor, citing a federal Medicaid provision that guarantees patients the right to choose their provider. The 4th Circuit’s March 2025 decision emphasized that South Carolina’s move violated this “free choice of provider” rule, a point reiterated by Planned Parenthood’s legal team during Wednesday’s arguments.

During oral arguments, Chief Justice John Roberts and Justice Brett Kavanaugh expressed skepticism about whether Medicaid patients have a private right to sue to enforce their provider choice, a key issue in the case. Roberts questioned whether Congress intended for such lawsuits when it wrote the Medicaid law, while Kavanaugh suggested that allowing states to exclude providers could lead to broader restrictions, such as barring Catholic hospitals from Medicaid for not providing abortions.

Justice Amy Coney Barrett, however, seemed more sympathetic to South Carolina’s argument, asking why the state couldn’t exclude Planned Parenthood if it deemed the organization unfit due to its abortion services.

Meanwhile, the court’s liberal justices—Sonia Sotomayor, Elena Kagan, and Ketanji Brown Jackson—defended the right of patients to sue, with Sotomayor warning that siding with South Carolina could “gut” Medicaid’s free-choice provision.

A ruling in South Carolina’s favor could embolden other states to defunding Planned Parenthood, potentially cutting off Planned Parenthood from public funding nationwide.

Since the Supreme Court overturned Roe v. Wade in 2022, South Carolina has banned nearly all abortions after about six weeks of pregnancy when a baby’s heartbeat can easily be detected.

I wish that young women had a place they could give their babies to adoption, but the foster system is rampant with child trafficking, abuse, and henous crimes.

Some experts also argue that these routes may not include just exercise tracks and fields only, and may even show patrol routes for military users who forgot to turn off the app. If true, exposing patrol routes could have far more dangerous consequences for the safety of those individuals.

Users failed to set up privacy zones

This massive leak of military intel happened because military personnel turned on their Strava app to work out while at bases.

The app allows users to set up so-called "privacy zones," rectangular areas where the app automatically turns off and doesn't collect GPS info. These zones can be placed over the user's home or work locations to safeguard personal data.

Because these zones are unique to each user, they need to be set up before using the app. The problem is that very few users know of them, as the app doesn't prompt users about it during the onboarding process.

"A lot of people are going to have to sit thru lectures come Monday morning," said Tobias Schneider, a Middle East political analyst.

But this intense prodding over the weekend has unearthed other problems as well. Privacy experts have also warned Strava that by listing top performers for popular tracks or segments, an attacker could infer a user's exercise routes based on known usernames.

The Strava app got the attention it was seeking last November, but just not the one it was expecting.

WHAT I REALLY THINK

If Auntie Kitty had been Uncle Puppy, or Wake Up Girl had been Wake Up Boy, they would’ve believed him. Too bad the world still works this way.

In medicine , I got a lot of this treatment. A full Professor at an Ivy League school on the west coast stole and published an algorithm diagram that I drew, and published it In his book without my name on it. When I confronted him, I was taken off the invitation list for all future events with the department.

At an east coast Ivy League institution, my research (of which I was the Principal Investigator on the proposal to the Institutional Review Board), was stolen and published without my name on it. The individual was just a Fellow in training, who also presented findings in an abstract at a national event without my name on it — and without my knowledge. When I confronted the individual’s department chairman, absolutely nothing happened. When I confronted my own chairman, I got yelled at. Then at the 11th hour on a weekend, they tried to kick me out of a research day by physically making me leave the room, presumably so my name couldn’t go on yet another research paper.

If I had been a man, none of these things would have happened, and in fact, the men helped one another by putting their names on research papers. Some of them were people in other countries, others were in the department and never showed up once to the lab. And this doesn’t count the natural courtesy and involvement of the department chairs whose names appeared as senior authors, as they should be, for providing continual guidance and leadership in virtually all phases of the projects.

I get PTSD just thinking about it and rehashing it. Ugh.

Anyway…

So for the heck of it, I asked Twitter’s AI, Grok if this was true:

This is yet another example of fake news involving Dr. Anthony Fauci, and here are the reasons why…

U.S. does not have an extradition treaty with Russia

Let me start by simply pointing out that the United States does not have an extradition treaty with Russia. So Russia cannot request for the extradition of any U.S. citizen like Dr. Anthony Fauci.

No evidence Russia even filed a Red Notice for Dr. Fauci

What Russia can do is file a Red Notice with INTERPOL, but this does not mean that the U.S. will arrest, never mind extradite, the person to Russia. The Interpol Red Notice is merely a request to locate and detain an individual.

However, it does not appear that Russia has issued a Red Notice for Anthony Fauci. There are 6,643 public Red Notices as of 23 January 2025, and Anthony Fauci is not one of them.

Putin did not ask to extradite Anthony Fauci

I should also point out that Russian President Vladimir Putin never expressed any interest in Dr. Anthony Fauci, never mind request to extradite him to Russia to face charges of COVID-19 crimes against humanity.

If Putin ever made such a request, it would have been widely reported. There has been absolutely no legitimate media coverage of such a request, not even in Russia. There were no reports by TASS, Russia Today (RT), or even Sputnik about extraditing Fauci, or that he faces criminal charges in Russia.

Unsurprisingly, those who made this claim did not provide any evidence that Putin is seeking to extradite Anthony Fauci to face COVID-19 crimes against humanity charges in Russia, as part of a peace deal to end the Ukraine War.
