Also, thank God that Scott Schara had been through the Hospital Hostage situation with his own 19-year old daughter Grace, and knew people to call - and what to do.

Here are my notes while speaking with this lovely family:
Scott Schara came on The Drs Corner Show earlier this year to tell us what happened as he helplessly watched his 19-year old daughter with Down’s Syndrome die before his eyes. Scott says, “The hospital killed her”.
Now, he hears of his friend Robert, who is in the hospital and they gave him Remdesivir, the only FDA-approved medication for COVID-19 and what many feel to be “liquid Holocaust” perpetrated by hospitals around the country.
What could be wrong with Remdesivir?
Spinal Muscular Atrophy
Robert has a condition called SPINAL MUSCULAR ATROPHY, wherein he has little muscle mass and weighs only 40 pounds.
From the beginning, sister Heather was aware that in a hospital, things can go terribly wrong. She thought,
THEY ARE GOING TO KILL HIM.
Everything happened such that on November 3, 2022, Heather texted Scott after Robert, in the hospital for a flu, had already received Remdesivir. Scott says,
Three doses of Remdesivir leaves a patient with a 75% chance of death.
Here Scott is on November 3, 2022, lying in bed with a flu: fever and fatigue. He was laying down and doesn’t even remember that day. Not even. Then he got congested, with more respiratory symptoms, and first the hospital said they didn’t have beds.
Then they moved him to another hospital.
Scott Schara Jumps into Action
Because of his daughter Grace’s death in a hospital hostage situation, Scott knew people. From ProtocolKills.com, there was Greta. From Truth for Health.com, there was Laura Bartlett.
Printing a Medical Directive
Laura was about to get on a plane - it was departing in 15 minutes. Had that 15 minutes passed by, we shudder to think of what could have happened next. Boldly, Laura told him to stop the car, print out some hospital Directives on a legal form. Then take the document to the hospital and use it to stop any future Remdesivir, a ventilator, or other procedures that were unwanted.
Scott had SIRI find a print shop, but it proved to be complicated, so he went into an office and asked a random lady if he emailed her a form, could she be so kind as to print it out for him?
She did.

Remember that once it is signed, take pictures of this medical directive. You will turn the paper into the hospital nurse or attending physician, and it will be out of your hands.
After the prayer, Robert looked at him and said words that still bring tears, words he will never forget,
“Scott, please don’t leave me.”
Once the prayer ended, Scott felt immediate peace.
We had Freedom in this room.
When Grace was in hospital, we had no freedom.
Robert:
No one was there. It was almost empty. They only had about 4 patients.
Scott called doctors around the country, and received a return call from Dr. Paul Marik who called into the room, on speakerphone.
Scott:
Went over the protocol with Budesonide, NAC, ivermectin. I asked my wife to bring the medications in. She was surprised at the instructions, not confident things would go okay.
And he told her:
“We have freedom here.”
So she brought the medications in.
HEATHER:
There was free reign. The parking lot was dead. Even the Staff parking lot was dead.
Robert:
These hospitalists are like used car sales people.
The doctor convinced me to go on Remdesivir. He said there was no other treatment but for one antivirus drug.
Sometimes people get better in 3 days, maybe 2 days, but “people do well”.
He never discussed any side effects.
I trusted the doctor that I would get better in 2 days, maybe 3 days.
HEATHER:
I showed the doctor the initialed and signed Directives, and tried to hand him the document.
He wouldn’t look at it.
She continued, “He doesn’t want any remdesivir.”
They had already talked to Dr. Paul Marik. They always give Robert respiratory treatments, four times a day. They were doing nothing, not even one treatment.
It was a struggle to get them to do anything else besides budesonide or vitamin D. They said that they:
“didn’t have ivermectin here”.
After the directives were charted, a nurse came in that night at 11:30 pm. She tried to give Robert a COVID shot and he refused. So the family had to be vigilant 24/7, and watch everything that was being done.
Food
HEATHER:
Robert had a feeding tube and they said there was no formulae in the hospital. We had to bring in all his food, his connector tubes.
ROBERT:
They didn’t even have scissors to open the packages.
MOM:
They said they had no wash bin, but it took hours before you got it. When they had to refrigerate the food, they gave them a bucket of ice.
Robert’s IV fluid went into his veins, to help with dehydration. Since he only weighed 40 pounds, he didn’t need that much but the nurses would change the drip to 100 ml/min, and it would take a chunk of hours for them to turn it down.
But his face was swelling, and he felt very puffy, as if he was getting too much fluid.
HEATHER:
When we complained, Robert was told by the doctor,
“You have to tolerate a bit of puffiness.”
She continues,
The Budesonide was ordered at noon, but we didn’t get it until 3 pm.
ROBERT:
“I was on my deathbed.”
“I had supplements in my stomach and then ivermectin through feeding tube.”
Robert continues, I went from my deathbed to being “ok”…
The doctor wouldn’t look at how well he was doing. It took an hour and a half to get any nausea medication. The first dose of budesonide was given at at 3 pm, after they said they would not get around to it until 7 pm. We weren’t going to wait for that.
SCOTT:
Robert was thinking ahead,
“We should get the 2nd budesonide treatment first. We’re leaving and what if the doctor doesn’t cooperate? We need the second dose before we go.”
HEATHER:
We talked to the head nurse. She was pretty decent. I told her there’s nothing that you’re doing here that we cannot do at home. He wants to leave.”
The house nurse said she would, “Try” to get him to go home.
The doctor never saw the patient to discharge him.
He wouldn’t see him!
The doctor said he could leave “AMA” (which means “Against Medical Advice”. The nurse brought in the AMA paperwork.
ROBERT:
I knew better than that.
No one should ever feel like they can’t leave a hospital. The law of the land gives us freedom.
SCOTT:
This is the most significant piece of this.
He was being held against their will.
ROBERT:
I had 3 IVs in my arms. One of the nurses that likes me, she tried to help.
WENDY, THE MOM:
When we were trying to get a nurse to take out the IVs, Scott said,
“You know this is wrong.”
She was from the Philippines, and afraid to get sent back to there as she was just on a 3-year contract.
SCOTT:
Your goal is to protect life.
ROBERT:
A new drug for SMA helps put muscle on my bones. I’ve been on it for a year and a half with no side effects, and I have put on some muscle. It costs $300,000 a year covered by Medicare.
