Yesterday, the Biden administration received a little slap: a preliminary injunction ordering them to stop connecting with social media companies to complain about “misinformation” and “disinformation”.

More specifically, many, including the Washington Times, say this means that Democrats must stop censoring Americans.

That this ruling came on Independence Day? Many consider this is a superb icing on the cake. However, in my opinion, it is just the beginning - a halting but not a reversal of damage done - that still needs to be initiated.

For example, after all the work done as a hero on the early treatment of COVID, Dr. Vladimir Zelenko’s Twitter is still unseen.

What about those who were censored from Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn, and more? Elon Musk did “allow” many doctors to come back to Twitter, but not all. Do we need a court order to reinstitute my Twitter @NoMoreTearsMD, where I posted VAERS data and got banned twice? We’re all still waiting for many others to return to Twitter… but on to what this new ruling does mean.
