Last night, we got into our warm car and punched in the local Christmas radio station playing 24/7 memories to our pleasure. We were just in time for

“Have Yourself a Merry Little Christmas”

Us Californians love the snow, probably because we don’t have to dig it out every season and we can drive to it and away from it at a moment’s whim. I was reminded of our childhood cabin my Dad got us in Big Bear, staring up at the stars, prancing in the fluffiness, and loving the snow-covered trees.

Footsteps in the snow tell tales of breathlessness, snowballs and screams.

Feeling rather nostalgic, my mood lifted and my memories went back to my father, now passed away from Alzheimer’s, who would sing to us.

Wishing you and your loved ones a Merry Christmas, A Happy Hannukah, and a Happy New Year. And stopping for a moment to reflect on all the gratitude held in my heart for all my blessings.

I was grateful to see snowy streets in a China town sporting a high-rise apartment that looked like a nice part of town. A closer look shows lines of people patiently standing in line, covered with coats and hats, toddlers playing in the now.

Oh, but it isn’t what it seems.

In looking at this video, how many points of “gratitude” do you find?

I am grateful that a lone person risked his or her life to bring us this video from China.

I am grateful that we have so many more comforts than most others in the world.

I’m so grateful that I don’t have to stand in a daily line to get a PCR test… to stay out of a quarantine camp … that I have to pay for out of my own pocket.

Wuhan Fire Near a Kindergarten

Just two hours ago, a city fire broke out, the 2nd fire of the season. The last fire killed at least 10, fire hoses did not even reach the fire, and people were trapped inside with their doors literally wired shut.

Now a fire breaks out and we have a glimpse that it was near a kindergarten in Wuhan. It looks like the fire encompasses the area of a small house, with burning embers glowing on the surrounding buildings.

One can see people running in the street, but there are no plainly visible fire hoses or fire trucks dousing the flames. This, when the fire engine or emergency vehicles are down a blocked-off street.

What does this video make you grateful for?

I’m grateful that in any fire in America, no one wires any doors shut from the outside, to keep people from escaping.

I’m grateful that when fire fighters arrive with water hoses, the water actually hits the fire.

I’m grateful that I wasn’t born in China, and it makes me feel like I won the lottery. It makes me pray for China multiple times a day.

I feel guilty that I have so many privileges that others don’t have, and I could live with a lot less than what I do have. I am more than content with what I have.

Really? Why didn’t this book come out 3 years ago?

Doesn’t everyone already know the virus was man-made? Isn’t this another “conspiracy theory” now-turned-true? Michael Shellenberger says in his article above:
