The Informed Consent Action Network’s major lawsuit seeks to strike down portions of the federal PREP act. After all, vax makers shouldn’t be allowed to just add toxins, SV40 money polio virus that leads to cancer, DNA contamination, and/or do a ‘bait and switch’ on vax manufacturing, all without any risk of being sued for damages due to personal injury or death.
Unconstitutional provisions grant vaccine makers liability immunity for COVID vax injuries and death, violating the rights of those injured by it. In a bold move, ICAN also seeks to redress what they call the ‘nonsense’ vaccine injury compensation program which pays its government workers more than any patients who have suffered harm from a vaccine.
