The 2016 CURES Act set the stage – big pharma was able to contract with DOD and everything becomes confidential. Public Law No: 114-255 (12/13/2016).
In her article, “No Need For Informed Consent?” Kathleen Sheridan exposes potentially an even greater evil in the CURES Act:
Section 3024 comes under Title III, Subtitle C, “Modern Trial Design & Evidence Development”:
“Clinical testing of investigational medical devices and drugs no longer requires the informed consent of the subjects if the testing poses no more than minimal risk to the subjects and includes safeguards.”
See? The “law” says – with certain provisions – that Nuremberg no longer applies. That clinical testing of drugs no longer requires the informed consent of the subjects.

The interest in our case remains very high. While most of the country has been lulled asleep, with lower gas prices and politics, Satan does not sleep. We still need sleep, but while we are awake our efforts keep working toward the goal of waking people up physically and spiritually. I am now in contact with the legal team multiple times a week as the case continues through discovery. As you know, one of our claims is the lack of informed consent!

This legal effort by Scott Schara is a landmark case that fights back on what they have done to people in hospitals.
No one dared believe that DOCTORS and NURSES got paid to KILL people by drugging them first, overdosing them so they stopped breathing, and then making them a “DNR” or “Do Not Resuscitate” (No CPR). Millions of families were caught unaware, and the government was able to do this by using stealth laws passed that legalize euthanasia and protect doctors and nurses who kill.
It happened not only to Scott and his family, but to countless others, some who still don’t even know what happened to their loved ones. Scott has been one of the most vocal parents not only to make others aware of what is still happening, but he is one of the only ones to study it with thousands of hours, hundreds of scriptures, and THEN hundreds of hours putting it together in his 7-part series on how medical murder is the #1 cause of death in the USA.
