LIVE NOW: Wisconsin Supreme Court Oral Arguments: Allen Gahl v. Aurora Health Care, Inc.
TODAY: The Wisconsin Supreme Court will hear oral arguments on Allen Gahl v. Aurora Health Care, Inc. Case Number 2021AP001787-FT. This is a review of a decision of the Wisconsin Court
John Zingsheim’s case, Allen Gahl v Aurora Health Care Inc, is now before the WI Supreme Court. Attorney Karen Mueller is presenting oral arguments today.
John walked into a hospital in the Aurora Health Care system, tested positive for COVID and, within minutes, the doctor told him he was going to die. The doctor immediately placed him on a protocol that included Remdesivir and Baricitinib.
John's Power of Attorney (POA) and nephew, Allen Gahl, demanded he be taken off these drugs.
Now adjourned until 1:00 pm CST, be sure to tune in and see the arguments, which the judge termed as “interesting” just prior to adjourning.
John requested Ivermectin and high dose IV Vitamin C, but the hospital refused and administered Remdesivir again.
Per the Wisconsin Eye:
This is a review of a decision of the Wisconsin Court of Appeals, District II (headquartered in Waukesha) that reversed the Waukesha County Circuit Court order, Judge Lloyd Carter presiding, that granted an injunction compelling Aurora Health Care to administer a proposed treatment related to the COVID-19 pandemic.
The Personal Story
Multiple times, John had sepsis accompanied by kidney failure and dialysis, and was considered to be dying on the ventilator.
The hospital Hospice Team repeatedly encouraged the family to "pull the plug", stating there was “nothing more” they could do.
Despite this, John’s family refused to give up. Desperate to fight, they sought help from the legal system for a goal: to provide him with ivermectin.
Instead, Aurora continually refused ivermectin and high-dose vitamin C, arguing that if a medical treatment falls “beneath their standard of care for patient safety”, then a court was in no position to intervene for the patient.
This is problematic for two reasons:
Who determines the Standard of Care? The standard changes with time, as everyone knows from COVID advice that changed from “the shots prevent your grandmother from getting sick” to “we didn’t test for transmission”.
Who determines “safety” of a product? Data on safety for both ivermectin and vitamin C infusions are markedly compelling that both are safe.
Wisconsin’s own FLCCC (Frontline Covid Critical Care) Co-founder Dr. Pierre Kory, world-renowned expert in Ivermectin, was present and ready to testify on John’s behalf but the court never called on him to do so. The Waukesha Circuit Court determined that the patient/family’s request for Ivermectin should be honored and that, if necessary, a doctor outside the medical system could administer the Ivermectin to him.
The family signed away any liability to the hospital for treatment with Ivermectin, and the outside doctor was made ready. An Appellate Court paused the order, and they ruled that the Waukesha Circuit court erred in their decision. John was blocked from receiving ivermectin.
God’s Hand
Through God’s door-opening, a series of miraculous events enabled that John was secretly given Ivermectin. Despite spending more than 100 days of his ten months in the hospital on a ventilator, he received his miracle and survived the NIH Killing Protocol.
Today, John breathes on his own, with a little assistance from supplemental oxygen. And his kidneys healed, being fully functional.
