On August 2nd, 2023, New York attorney Patricia Finn Esq. filed a Manhattan Supreme Court lawsuit against EcoHealth Alliance’s President, Dr. Peter Daszak and others.

The allegation is for knowingly engaging in dangerous research.

Importantly, LiveONE.tv was in this Twitter Space last Wednesday, when carolinabonita was suspended after the Space “crashed”.

@carolina_bonita held one of her many Twitter Spaces on Tuesday, and as usual, it was professional, courteous, and many people asked questions. I was a Speaker and listened to virtually the whole thing, until it was about to end. Usually, Carolina lets me say a closing prayer, and we had not gotten that far, but she had announced that the space was going to close.

LiveONE.tv had announced it would post this lawsuit to the Twitter Space, yet it crashed before that happened. Fortunately, the announcer stated that if we wanted a Direct Message (DM) link, we could request it. I did, and they gave it to me; for this, I am grateful that I could bring it to you.

Was it this conversation that really got to Twitter’s back office, inciting extreme censorship? The Space went down not long after this conversation.
