Persistent Late Gadolinium Enhancement (~~ heart damage) on cardiac magnetic resonance (CMR) occurs in 1/3 C19-vax myocarditis cases. Without CMR almost 1/3 of patients are misclassified as probable rather than definite myocarditis.

I order, and get ignored. Tell the corporate hospital systems to order cardiac MRIs, they VERY RARELY do. Even on the skyrocketed NSTEMIs of late! They don’t want to know. They lie to patients and families about why they are admitted and what is going on. It is a quackery out there. Im glad for this doc, but thousands more are needed to stand up!
