Because of Russia, this map has resurfaced - but is a nuke really necessary? They can just unplug our power and watch the US plunder.
This 2015 map was published by the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) and highlights which U.S. areas are most likely to be targeted in case of either a “first strike” or “full blown” nuclear attack.
