Maine Medical Board continued to inquire of Meryl Nass, MD as to her 6 Congressional Hearing presentations, role in military anthrax vaccines, and Dr. Mass she admitted to having “boxes and boxes” of paperwork and knows more than almost anyone in the industry on how to properly test a vaccine prior to subjecting to humans, both in the law and in the science.
Q. Doe vs. Rumsfield: Dr. Nass assisted in the expert witness in this litigation. Judge Sullivan of the Washington Circuit issued an injunction against the FDA proving the vaccine was safe and effective.
A. The vaccine regulatory process was remanded back to the FDA to complete, but they never did it.
Exhibit 3: FDA remanded.
Exhibit 4: November 21, 2002: Dr. Meryl Nass’ testimony before the House
Committee on House Reforms. Dr. Nass admitted to appearing before the Senate and and requested to provide testimony by the Veteran’s Administration for a Commission to improve the lives and mission of their National Guard. Dr. Nass ascended to be the Chair of that Committee in 2009 and 2010.
Exhibit 9 was discussed. Dr. Nass described how in 2005 at the CDC, and the NIH in 2014, published two articles showing that in vitro chloroquine drugs (also HCQ in the 2nd article), and dozens of other drugs killed the first SARS-CoV-2 deadly Coronavirus. The mortality was 10%.
Dr. Nass described that the same federal agencies who found repurposed drugs were effective against SARS-CoV-2 and suppressed this information, which led to crimes against humanity.
Dr. Nass knew HCQ was safe and effective, took it herself for travels to Africa and was familiar with its use. She also described how her son, a physician, worked in a New York hospital and he took it after being sick with COVID for 3 days. He was well after 6 days without any sequelae. With this n = 1 in the USA, COVID was not yet present in Maine. President Trump had not yet mentioned the use of hydroxychloroquine.
In March of 2020, there was no outpatient treatment for COVID, and doctors were instructed to tell their patients to go home, take Tylenol, and go to the ER if you got really sick.

Dr. Meryl Nass described that the use of hydroxychloroquine was being suppressed, only to be used for the treatment of COVID and not for prophylaxis.
Exhibie 152H: The Association of American Physicians and Surgeons wrote a letter to the then-president of the American Medical Association, saying the AMA has taken the startling position that physicians should stop prescribing and pharmacies should stop filling ivermectin prescriptions. There were about 88,000 prescriptions written per week at that time.
It contradicts the Chairman, Dr. Ozaki, who recommended all physicians prescribe ivermectin for COVID. The Pharmacy Board also wrote a statement, having a negative local impact on the availability of ivermectin. Pharmacists refused to fill it - she personally drove to four pharmacies in her town and they stated they were afraid to dispense it.
Q. How did you come to the attention to the Board?
A. A stranger who doesn’t know any of her patients wrote a letter to the Board without specifying any complaint about “misinformation”. What was the misinformation? What did I do wrong? Allegedly, that is how I came to the attention of the Board.
