Retiring my Medical Practice: Looming Medical Board Oversight, Damned-If-I-Do, Damned-If-I-Don't Government Overreach

Maybe you would not do this if you were in my shoes, but then again, if you were in my shoes, you would do it... because I am. In life, we have to choose what we fight and how we fight it.

Fighting a legal battle is a bad enough process, whether it be a lawsuit, divorce, or a traffic ticket. I don’t know about you, but appearing before a judge is something I don’t wish upon anyone, especially when the judg(ing) is unregulated, indiscriminatory, without process, and unfair.
