The book was published in English in 1993, by Orient Longman of Hyderabad, India (ISBN 978-0001160323).

This’ first global revolution’ was done under the guise of “saving the planet” and was a follow-up on an earlier 1972 production from the Club of Rome, “The Limits to Growth”.
