The Much Bigger Picture
What if it were not too late, and someone would do the safety studies?
God’s ways are always outside of satanic dialectics.
The vaccine agenda is the dialectic in this case. Why do we need vaccines? Can’t God be trusted?
As Scott sees the current landscape, Pfizer is being exposed. Why?Don’t you realize it is all by design?
If Pfizer becomes a sacrifice for the vaccine agenda to go forward, do not be surprised. More importantly, the satanic agenda moves forward.

We are all being played.
There has never been a more urgent time to get right with God.
Covid was a call for repentance, not a call to bring Pfizer down. We got to this point by rejecting God.
We need to keep our eyes opened to the Hegelian dialectic, and see it when it is in action.
The Recent Paper
In this January 24, 2024 paper by Mead et al, there is problematic wording that is important to see.
The paper disappointingly states (emphasis mine),
‘The risk-benefit imbalance substantiated by the evidence to date contraindicates further booster injections and suggests that, at a minimum, the mRNA injections should be removed from the childhood immunization program until proper safety and toxicological studies are conducted. Federal agency approval of the COVID-19 mRNA vaccines on a blanket-coverage population-wide basis had no support from an honest assessment of all relevant registrational data and commensurate consideration of risks versus benefits. Given the extensive, well-documented SAEs and unacceptably high harm-to-reward ratio, we urge governments to endorse a global moratorium on the modified mRNA products until all relevant questions pertaining to causality, residual DNA, and aberrant protein production are answered.’
Honestly, no one is ever going to do safety or toxicology studies. And there is no moratorium “until” “they” “do” anything - there should be a “moratorium” “.” Period.
Calling Out Colleagues
Paul Alexander was the first to call this weak conclusion out yesterday, by these authors, which include his colleague at The Wellness Company, Peter McCullough and Steve Kirsch, an American philanthropist and founder of the Vaccine Safety Research Fund (VSRF). According to Wikipedia, Kirsch’s foundation advisors include Robert Malone, Peter McCullough, and Stephanie Seneff.
Paul writes (emphases are Paul's):
Great work. Be careful with the words used when you write. I do not support the way you wrote the abstract. You cannot be wishy washy just to get published. You are not like the ‘others’ Please correct. I have issues with how this abstract was written. You open doors to criminals who killed people with this deadly shot, from mRNA technology inventors to the vaccine makers. Please reword it. You have kind of done what you accuse others who write and publish about the COVID vaccine harms yet claim that the vaccine is safe and effective. Did you do this here to get the journal to publish?
Your own words used in the past on how people play with double speak to get published:
para text ‘inserted to gain institutional approval for submission or by design are used to get past biased editorial boards and reviewers who want to keep the false “safe and effective” narrative flowing in the medical literature.’
So please address this paragraph I inserted above, correct the language to make it more stronger and bullet-proof….it is vacillating IMO. You are flip-flopping and I admire your work, respect your work but this is not good enough. Soft on people like Malone and Weissman and Sahin and Bourla et al. and their death work and seems to suggests that there is a place for the mRNA vaccines…at some point….there is none. You were clear on this prior so please do not vacillate now. Nothing about mRNA technology and LNP complex and the mRNA vaccine is safe, nothing, and you know it. You have all the evidence so why write like this now??? What has changed? What data are you seeing I have not seen? There is none.

Huge hugs and love for your continued scholarship that educates us all. But this paper is problematic and cannot be left so, you must fix the language. You will be pilloried for it smacks of flip-flopping.
May I ask the authors what is meant by the term ‘honest’ assessment?
Why did you use the term ‘modified mRNA’?
Why would you want a stop ‘until’ questions are answered? What questions? There are none. Why would you be confused at this time? What data has emerged to confuse you? I can find none! We already have the evidence, the mRNA technology (Malone, Kariko, Weissman et al.) and mRNA vaccine (Bourla, Bancel, Sahin et al.) is deadly. What else do you wish to know at this time? I find this paper ill-timed, poorly written in the abstract and confusing and actually misleads the reader.
Dr. Rose, why would you write in substack that you wrote the paper this way to get it published para? I find this an incredible statement and I ask you to retract it and rewrite the abstract again and in a manner showing how deadly the mRNA technology is and the vaccine, leaving no questions to the reader.
This statement in your substack:
You all in this paper are high intellects, I am talking about technical competence and have been soliders against this vaccine. This abstract is written in a wishy washy flip-flop manner, it is not clear. I am sure Dr. McCullough or Seneff etc. did not see the final draft, he/she would have not agreed to put this out in this manner. The paper raises too many questions.
Please address quickly. Read the comments to my substact and you will see that the reader is not misguided and are not happy with the abstract you wrote. This paper must be withdrawn or rewritten. The abstract is wrong and does not match the body of evidence on these COVID mRNA vaccines.
I am very troubled you would put this out.

Paul has received over $72,000 in “COVID research stipend support”, with the first donation noted 308 days ago, which would have been a starting date of March 27, 2023.

I am an academic scientist and researcher and have been involved in COVID from the onset of the pandemic. My background, expertise and experience is in evidence based medicine and research methodology and it has been accrued in the last 20 years. I was also a former Assistant Professor at a Canadian university but they rescinded my appointment because of my advocacy, namely that I am one of the pioneers of early outpatient drug treatment for COVID and I am against the COVID vaccine for children as it provides no opportunity for benefit and only opportunity for harm. The risk benefit calculation skews a decision against the vaccine. Given my stance on the COVID, I have had job offers rescinded. The best way to demonstrate my position on COVID and my advocacy and who I am is to read the following op-ed’s that I have written (I have written more but this is an example, including this pioneering paper with Dr. Peter McCullough, Dr. Risch, etc. on early treatment for COVID): 4 sample op-eds
Given my viewpoints as demonstrated in the links above, while all are backed by scientific evidence, because they are against the mainstream narrative, my livelihood has suffered devastatingly. I will not let that deter me from fighting for human lives, safety, and the right for people to have informed choices so that they can make their final decision. I am particularly against any vaccine mandate and I am giving support to several police, military, and nurse group who want to challenge mandates legally.
Children bring near zero risk to the table and must not under any circumstance be in receipt of these vaccines for they could be severely harmed given the harms already emerging from adults and teens. I will not be silent as one of the dissenting voices. I will continue to write, research and appear on global media platforms to spread the truth about COVID.

Components of a Research Project
The title of the GSG is “research” but the content doesn't specify anything about a specific research project. Paul knows that every research project requires goals and specific content that usually undergo Institutional Board Review (IRB) approval before the research can be started.
According to the University of Nebraska-Lincoln, components of a research project generally include:
Introduction: Provides reader with a broad overview of problem in context.
Statement of problem: Answers the question, “What research problem are you going to investigate?”
Literature review: Shows how your approach builds on existing research; helps you identify methodological and design issues in studies similar to your own; introduces you to measurement tools others have used effectively; helps you interpret findings; and ties results of your work to those who’ve preceded you.
Research design and methods: Describes how you’ll go about answering your research questions and confirming your hypothesis(es). Lists the hypothesis(es) to be tested, or states research question you’ll ask to seek a solution to your research problem. Include as much detail as possible: measurement instruments and procedures, subjects and sample size.
The research design is what you’ll also need to submit for approval from the Institutional Review Board (IRB) or the Institutional Animal Care and Use Committee (IACUC) if your research involves human or animal subjects, respectively.
Timeline: Breaks your project into small, easily doable steps via backwards calendar.
Nothing of the sort is then discussed or itemized as “Research and Development” or R & D costs, like a usual budget for research assistants and the “salary” of the Principal Investigator, which would be Paul. He confusingly alludes to this, because he knows he is talking about “research” and that budgeting of #2 below:

The funds were specifically “not for salary” but to “fight censorship and to continue sharing information and informing people so they can make their own informed, independent decisions.”
Substack creates a salary, for which we all get paid for writing. So “informing others” by writing here doesn't count. Doctors don’t get paid for publishing on PubMed or writing for Brownstone; the “publish or perish” encouragement is to write research proposals, get funding through grants, and then publish manuscripts in research journals. We all know this drill.
Where has the money gone? We see the budget income but no GSG updates of any kind, including work done to date and expenses.
Scott paid for a billboard to go up near Ascension Health in Wisconsin, the same hospital where Grace was murdered. Has Paul put up any ads or billboards showing any “fight of censorship, sharing of information, or informing people to make independent decisions”?

Thank you for reminding us that we cannot compromise our ethics, or we fall into the Hegelian dialectic that Scott Schara has taught us so much about: the “less evil” is STILL evil.
The Wellness Company: Association with McCullough and Paul Alexander as Senior Advisor
We pray for repentance and a new turn that truly helps turn people toward 100% truth, 100% God.
Repentance
Scott had previously discussed The Wellness Company (TWC), as seen in his slide presentation, above. Paul had urged safety studies, just as McCullough did in his recent paper. What is the difference? Perhaps Paul has changed his mind - and so will McCullough, Kirsch, and all the authors on that paper.
And what if McCullough does not repent, retrace his paper, or otherwise change his tune? Is Paul going to leave TWC?
We cannot accept less than 100% committment to saving lives through the power of the Holy Spirit and the knowledge that God is the answer. He alone is the light and life, and we need to bring more people to him.
We never hear some of the popular and virtually adored medical freedom fighters talk about God. Why is this? Do they need to know God? Or are they just embarrassed to talk about spiruality?
We shall know them by their fruits.
We All Need to Know God and Ask for Repentance
If you don’t know God, He is always waiting for you to come to him. The only way to the Father is through His Son, whom he sent to die for us on the cross. He did this so that we could be in right-standing before Him, to be forgiven for our sins, and to give our hearts to Him.
When we pray this prayer, we will close our eyes upon death and when we open them, we will be before Our Creator, who will ask us to go up the stairway to Heaven and reside there in a room that he has prepared for us.
You see, God knew us before we were born.
The Prayer of Salvation
“Father God, I accept all that Christ did by dying on the cross for me, so that I may be forgiven of all my sins. Please take my heart and make me a new person. I am sorry for all my sins and desire to be made new. I accept Jesus as the Son of God, who died for my sins and ask that Christ comes in to my heart.”
Now go tell someone! You must confess with your lips that Jesus is the Son of God and please also be baptized in the Name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Spirit!

And if the authors could redact their paper, publish it correctly, or make a future effort not to be wafer on the deadly jab, then that would be an accomplishment. In all reality, authors are so giddy about putting another paper on their resume that it just doesn't happen. But it is something that we can pray for.
WHAT I DID
I took off all my TWC affiliate links to my main website, ArandaMDenterprises.com, and I took them off my Substack. I encourage Paul to do the same, drawing a line that says we don’t want their money, not even a small amount.
I also wrote TCW and asked them to take me off their register as an Affiliate, because I don’t want their money.
For goodness’ sake, the Spike Support formulation doesn’t even have all 3 Top Supplements that Dr. McCullough recommends, and people have to purchase two additional bottles, one with bromelain and one with curcumin. And the Spike Suppport formulation has incorrect dosing according to Dr. McCullough’s own recommendation to take nattokinase 2000 FU twice a day, not 4000 FU once a day. See here:
We need to keep our faith in the power of God, and not be deluded into thinking that a pill or a shot is just what we need.
LET US PRAY
Father God, please let all the authors of this paper see the damage they have done to those who have died of the shots. Let them see the error of their ways, and may they change their minds to be unwavering in the deadly nature of the jab and how it is murder to inflict it on anyone, at any time.
Let them ask for Your forgiveness, see things in Your light, and vow not to accept mediocrity. Let them come to know YOU in Your fullest sense, with all light and love to bestow on all of humanity, so that they can be unafraid to publicly speak Your Name or that of Your Son, Jesus Christ.
Thank you, Father God, Almighty Creator of Heaven and Earth. We ask all these things in the Name of Jesus. Amen.
