I know you don’t trust doctors any more, not the way you did before the pandemic.
So remember that I know what it feels like to be on the exam table instead of in the white coat. If you don’t know my story, see Denise Dador’s CBS News article on dysautonomia (for just the beginning), and please start trusting one doctor. Find one.
Because that is what I am going to start asking you to do: trust me. Why? Because you must trust one of us, some of us, but not all of us - for your own good.
This quote has never been more appropriate than it is today. I placed it in the front of my 2017 book, The Rebel Patient: Fight for Your Diagnosis!
