Yesterday, I discovered that although I successfully turned in my “Notice of Defense” stating I have no lawyer and then asking for a Settlement, I missed a step. In the accusation document was a sentence stating that I could “oppose” the argument only if I opposed it in the same 15 day timeline after receiving their notice.
