WHAT HAPPENED TODAY: ON TWITTER
It started with a Tweet.
1. A Tweet
I went on Twitter today under @NoMoreTearsMD. I happened upon a Tweet by @CHCAdvocacy.
To post my Reply, I clicked the bottom left “bubble” on the bottom of the Tweet (see arrow below):
2. My Issues
The post recommended a vote “NO” on SB 866, which gives children aged 12 and up the right to get a vaccine not only without their parents’ permission, but without their knowledge.
How can a parent watch for side effects of clotting, sudden death, or myocarditis after an unknown vaccine? It is impossible, and not fair to the children because it is geared to cause unrecognized harm. Parents already do not know what to look for in any patient developing myocarditis, let alone their own child who has "no reason" to display symptoms: shortness of breath, inability to exercise, cardiovascular collapse, or even sudden death.
Aren't healthy athletes and speakers dying in public, for no apparent reason? And where did SADS come from, Sudden Adult Death Syndrome? If not from vaccines, from what? And now, one of our precious children may suffer without any recognition of possible harm? No! I took an Oath to defend all people, no matter where they are, no matter what they have done... to heal and to make them well. And to DO NOT HARM.
I feel so strongly that this bill needs to be defeated that I had to reply to the Tweet.
My Tweet is below, with an attached picture I took from “Open VAERS.” We all know “VAERS” as the government-run Vaccine Adverse Event Reporting System that doctors and the public use to report complications suffered after a COVID-19 vaccine.
3. Aggravating Factors
To the best of my knowledge, VAERS data has never been analyzed by any reporting agency: not the FDA, the CDC, or the NIH. In fact, the CDC released an admission they have never interpreted VAERS data. This, on a vaccine that has permanently disabled and caused untold deaths (we can surmise this because of all the unreported events that occur over and above those that are reported).
4. The Alleviating Factor
“Open VAERS” is a private "Alternative VAERS" party that displays VAERS data, and provides daily and weekly analytical reports that include charts. You may even sign up to receive regular newsletters that include data reports (see the image attached to my Tweet reply).
5. My Response
My post included an Open VAERS graph with their contact information to be placed in our upcoming manual, COVID Masterplan Resources.
This is my Reply:
5. Twitter’s Response. Less than four minutes later, this happened:
If you click on the "Find out more" blue button below the arrow, you get the WHO's rant on COVID.
6. Questions:
a. How did Twitter tag my image (i.e., there was no link) as “Misleading”? Because there wasn't anything in my Tweet alone that would have triggered censorship.
b. It seems they tag “VAERS” and/or they single out @OpenVAERS? They have 30K Followers, more powerful than my @NoMoreTearsMD... but does that really carry more clout? If the term, "Open VAERS" is on their radar, then how do tweets still exist on Twitter, at @OpenVAERS? They post their own tweets, such as this one, pinned to their profile:
7. Solutions:
What do we do? Stay bold? Get kicked off Twitter?
Go a little more “stealth”? Stay on Twitter and get a little "smarter"?
Note these alternative social media venues that do not censor:

What am I (you) going to do?
SB 866 Counter-Attack Twitter Campaign. The sponsors of SB 866 (Minors: vaccine consent) are implementing an ALL OUT ATTACK this week, August 9 - 12, to get the bill passed. They say it is a “make it or break it” week. CHCA, in conjunction with Convention on Health Rights, has launched a COUNTER-ATTACK.
They posted calls to actions each day, and all this week, wit a focus on a Twitter campaign that targets State Assemblymembers.
Join us now in countering the sponsors’ Twitter campaign.
The easiest way to tweet is to follow CHCA on Twitter so you can retweet and amplify their SB 866 Counter-Attack campaign: https://twitter.com/CHCAdvocacy
Make 2 phone calls.
Call your State Assemblymember’s offices at the Capitol and in the district.
Ask your State Assemblymember to vote no or to abstain on SB 866.
>>> You can find your State Assemblymember’s information here:
https://findyourrep.legislature.ca.gov/ <<<
Sample Call Script:
"I am calling to ask the member to vote no or abstain on SB 866, as amended, which would allow minors to consent to vaccinations. This bill threatens family rights and endangers children. Parents have the greatest vested interest in protecting the health and well-being of their children and should remain decision makers when it comes to their health."
Help Us Keep Our Lobbyist Advocating in Sacramento
CHCA is one of only two organizations with professional lobbyists working year-round in Sacramento fighting to protect and promote health freedom. It has zero staff expenses because they are all volunteer; and have almost no overhead. Their administrative team accepts no compensation for the countless hours they advocate.
CHCA is very prudent financially and spends minimally on day to day functions and grassroots lobbying, with general expenses that include: online services to facilitate coalition building, legislative tracking, vote count, conference calls, emailings, website, and phone services. CHCA proudly maintains transparency in their finances. As a 501(c)4, CHCA allocates almost all of their donations to professional lobbying.
The primary expense is their state Capitol lobbyist advocating on behalf of all Californians.
We must continue to have professional lobbyists fighting for health freedom at the Capitol all year. If an you help them continue to contract with our lobbyist, consider donating to their Summer Matching Grant Campaign. Each dollar up to $9000 will be matched by our matching grant sponsors - donate online through PayPal or Zelle, or by check. For PayPal, click the donate button below. For Zelle, use the following email address to send your donation: advocacy@californiahealthcoalition.org. For check, make it out to California Health Coalition Advocacy and mail it to our treasurer: Kathleen Miller, 1327 Sartori Avenue, Torrance, CA 90501.
Thank you so much for being a part of CHCA and for your support. Yours for Health Freedom and the California Health Advocacy Coalition (CHCA) Disclaimer Statement: Any reference to any person, or organization, or related activities do not constitute an endorsement by CHCA.

What is Does it Mean When a Bill is Sent to the Suspense File? The Suspense File process is a way for the appropriations committees to consider the fiscal impacts of a body of legislation as a whole. When a bill is referred to the suspense file, it has met the following criteria: the annual cost of the bill is determined to be more than $150,000. Suspense File bills are then considered at one hearing after the state budget has been prepared and the committee has a better sense of available revenue.
Vote-only Suspense Hearings will be held on August 11, 2022. Bills will either move on to the Senate or Assembly floor for further consideration or be held in committee and under submission. There is no public testimony at Suspense File hearings.
