Holy Lord,

There is so much in this world that we don't understand and we don't agree with, Father.

While the initial reaction is to be mad and upset, and filled with righteous indignation, help us to not absorb it into our beings.

Let us establish and maintain a perimeter of peace around our beings. Let Christ guard our hearts. Holy Spirit, be my comfort.
