I am sorry about the pain medicine injection... hopefully, you can still see a lawyer on that.

You made my day! I am so glad to have helped you... and SI joint instability is common with EDS. I promise you will find yourself in this book!

I suffered low back pain many years and the best cure for me was using the decompression table at my chiropractors. Of course it’s not covered by insurance but it has been the best money I have ever spent. I started going every week and then went to 2 weeks then to 1 month. Ive been able to go about 3 months now before I need to decompress. Each time on table is $65 but you can purchase a 10 back and get 2 free. Look for a chiropractor who has these machines. My doctor has 2 or 3. There is a chair one but it’s not as effective as the table. I also now have a lift in my shoe as my knee replacement caused a 16mm difference in each leg and I had crooked hips.

Nice job, Margaret. And much work. I hope this helps many. Back pain is debilitating.

Question. Are you saying most of these chronic cases are brought on by doctor's needles to the spine?

If so, are there not other non or less risky options to subdue labor and other onsets of back pain?

BTW, I believe God did send you to Dr. Tennant. Who else would?

No, most of these cases are patients with Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome. They can fracture a rib by sneezing the wrong way.

They were ice skaters and cheerleaders, but pay a price as they age. And they can suffer greatly after an epidural, because their tissue won't heal... after an epidural for labor, some suffer with cerebrospinal fluid (CSF) leaks and insufferable, chronic headaches. The debilitation is profound and yet they get laughed at and pushed aside.

For labor pain, I think God gave women the burden as a curse for listening to the snake, yes? Under water birth can be a good option, and of course if you have a baby at home, the child gets a "rectangular" birth certificate that does not say you are a possession of the State.

Nice work. I should probably get this one too.

The No more tears book has such a uniquely true book title. It truly became such a thing but only upon my closing it up and setting it down. Sharing pain hurts. Especially when no one or thing can offer much aid.

Awe. Thank you, and I definitely feel the No More Tears book requires contemplation and some time with God. I picked the title because I couldn't believe what it felt like, the No More Tears of being in the presence of God. It was so deep, I was immersed and submerged in it, all at the same time. There was no room for tears. I was just speaking at a group today and encouraging them not to cry desperate tears when someone dies - not the kind of tears that are desolate and abandoned. You can miss the person and cry for that, but please don't cry for me, because I won't be crying for you... and I say that in the nicest way possible. I want people to have a party and be HAPPY I am with God and HAPPY.

I'm sorry for anyone who has a lot of pain. Pain management is getting worse as insurance pushes out medications and the 'newest' opioids are weaker than ever.

This book goes through the many different things one can do if they really have alot of pain... each thing may only decrease it 1/4 point (on 1 to 10 scale) or even 1 point, but if you find 10 things that each help, guess what? You can live with it much better.
