The transcriber (caption writer) certainly seems to think Biden said “sexy.” It certainly is not out of character for this slimeball. He should be in jail for many reasons, not least of which is how he would press himself upon his daughter sexually (this was in her diary, which Project Veritas got a hold of). She described how he would come into the shower with her (and other things). I saw a video on Telegram of Biden naked walking around a room, holding a long black whip. In the center of the room was a girl, looked to be about 12 years old, tied to a pole, also naked, and crying. It seemed real. Don’t think it was a deep fake. Regardless, this is a man who will be damned to the lowest parts of hell and will pass his days in eternal torment, just for what he did to his family. He needs to be brought to Justice in this lifetime. Please pray that his reign of wickedness would end quickly.

I haven't seen other videos of Biden and that one sounds absolutely frightening and evil. Poor girl.
