Another WIN for Free Speech
In another win for Freedom of Speech, Judge Terry Doughty of the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Louisiana Monroe Division yesterday said “no” to the Biden administration on its claims that it ties the hands of the government acting against criminals.

The Stay
Amid the federal prosecutors’ stance that the preliminary injunction issued by U.S. District Judge Terry Doughty on Tuesday was “unclear” as to “what conduct” it allows and exactly who it covers, the Biden administration filed documents to request a stay. They also threatened that last week’s order would
"… chill a wide range of lawful government conduct."
