We need a law to standardize Jury Nullification as a basic right to redress the unjust legal system.

Every jury possesses the ability. It’s the illegal fears the judges pass down upon the jurors that ultimately makes the decision.

I would honor the daughter of the sheriff who was raped.

With so much of our country sold out, completely crooked, and justice being a toss of the dice or who do we know, shouldn't we expect more of this type of justice?

That's most likely the true story. The Gateway Pundit is reporting something totally different.

Margaret, actually the CBS story to which you reacted, IS TRUE. The federal civil rights case was brought by a FEMALE PRISONER who accused a deputy who worked for the Sheriff, of raping her IN THE DEAD JUDGE'S CHAMBERS. The CBS reporter was reporting that news when it just came out. The Sheriff un-alived the Judge a bit afterward.

So this is an ongoing conspiracy in which multiple women were likely raped, in the courthouse, with this Judge's knowledge, permission, and perhaps, participation.

And while everybody saw the Defensive Dad issue, we don't know for a fact if the Sheriff was a member of this conspiracy. If he had raped women prisoners, charging the judge with raping the Sheriff's daughter would mean the Sheriff would be accused of anything he did, that the Judge knew about. So murder was the only available way out, if the Sheriff had been a part of this.

It's an ugly situation no matter what.
