I think it was a great thing these people did for the community, but it appears that something went wrong somewhere in the process with food safety. I wonder if anyone else had the same experience as me and my neighbors.. In spite of my experience, I am not complaining, because a lot of people went to a lot of trouble to provide these meals to us.
I picked up 10 meals and delivered to my neighbors and after having one for myself I had stomach cramps and spent the night on the commode. I didn't want to blame it on the food, but when I found out that several others I delivered the meals to had the same experience I concluded that it had to be it. We suspect it was the turkey.
