Good morning Dr. Aranda, great article. My best friends father was in the FBI since I was 8 years old until he passed, I was in my late 30’s. He was a good man to me and my family. Very down to earth. He told me lots of stories, I don’t remember, lol, I wonder why…🥰😊❤️✝️

President Trump's Persecutor Jackass Smith

Manipulated and Lied to the Federal Court about "evidence" illegally obtained at Mar-A-Lago - our friendly "law abiding agents" who are always ready to pounce on whomever violates federal law remained silent. The Gay Stapo is corrupt as hell.

Absolutely accurate. I watched the recent video of the "alleged" FBI agents who showed up at a gentleman's home to ask him some questions and could tell right away that they weren't "kosher".

But if you really want to be "cool", when they show up, ask to see their "B's & C's" (Badges and Credentials).. That will let them understand that they're not dealing with a "noob"..

I was a Army Counter-Intelligence Agent and that's how we referred to our own ID..

Understand something about supposedly "Agents".. There are contractor "agents" that assist in conducting background investigations (ususally for security clearances). Many are former law enforcement, some even former FBI agents. They are permitted to carry badges, but most don't have the formal "Bs & Cs", nor the business card.

Sad to say, but as contractors, they are "hired guns" and don't have to follow the same rules as the actual 1811 Federal Agents. But you have absolutely no requirement to speak with any Federal contractor. It's entirely voluntary, and in the case of a security clearance background check, might even be helpful to the person they vetting. But don't let them into your home. Arrange a meeting at a coffee shop, or restaurant. Anything they see in your home they can report up the chain to the actual FBI.

In my day, we would be very unlikely to report anything unless it was obviously criminal (drugs.. etc).. We just needed to obtain the information to complete our reports, and to obtain additional reference leads. We certainly didn't need any other investigative hassles.

Best thing you can do in the case of an actual FBI agent encounter is to decline to be interviewed at your home, or without an attorney present. Ask for their business card, and inform them that you will have you attorney reach out to them. More than likely, they will never move any further.. They don't have the time, other than that initial "fishing expedition"..

The more difficult you make it for them, the more you will be able to ascertain their real intent.

Hope that helps.

The badge should show their face on it, with their name? I was hoping to see a legit pic of a real badge.

The badge should say Federal Bureau of Investigation, or FBI on it only, No name. I'm not familiar with the most recent version.. Would have to look.

The name should be on their credentials, along with their picture, as well as FBI as well.

REMINDER

Whenever the US President nominates an individual to be a Federal Judge it is the FBI who "investigates" the individual's background.

In keeping with J Edgar Hoover tradition if they FBI finds derogatory information about the candidate they will treasure that information until the Bureau needs that particular judge to rule in a certain manner. Then he/she will be subjected to blackmail.

The Bureau uses their investigatory duty in the same manner the Mossad used Jeffrey Edward Epstein - Epstein would tape a subject having sex with a minor then the individual had to comply with the Mossad's demands or he/she would be subjected to blackmail.

C'est La vie.

I’ve had several interactions with the FBI in my life.

First, my enlisted friend and I were caught sneaking into the army base pool at night and with marijuana in our possession. Interestingly, it was the same base, Fort Totten, where my mother lived and my oldest brother was born while my father was deployed to the Philippines in WW2.

The Military Police called in the FBI to talk to me. They were trying to turn me into a snitch and I suspect that’s why they just released me, hoping I would think it over. As a teenager involved heavily in drugs and alcohol, they probably thought I could help. I didn’t!

A few other times later while I was in jail, they approached me again with no luck.

The last time was when my drug addled son held 125 police and 3 SWAT teams at bay in my condo while he desperately tried to destroy evidence. He tried to take heat off himself by telling the FBI that I was running a prostitution business out of my home. They interviewed me and I foolishly allowed them to hold my phone. They said they were trying to contact Patrick and were hoping he’d call me. If they managed to open the phone then I must lead a real boring life as the agent returned my phone and said that they had no further need. They also told me that they came to the conclusion that my son was lying!

Thank you, so very much for this advice.

Interesting event occurred in my life, mid 1990’s.

I was a single mother, worked 12 hour day shifts. Rented an apartment, in a fairly nice part of town. The rental contract was twelve months.

I needed a better place to live, and in the mean time was looking for 8 hour shifts, all to have better at home hours for my children.

Before the rental contract was up, I found a house in an older neighborhood. It had a detached apartment that was already rented to a tenant who, according to the seller always paid on time.

Of course it was in my budget, and the extra money from the rental property, made my mortgage obligation less than I was paying for apartment rent.

Being a single mom, that was a great business decision, at least on the surface.

The year is up for the apartment. We move into the hose, sold to me by an elderly lady in her mid eighties. Her son had brought his attorney to the closing and transaction completed.

The lady who lived in the apartment had a child who lived with her, after a few weeks or months, my children spoke with her child. I only casually spoke with her, when she brought the rent money . Through my children’s conversation with her son, I learned she was the “ wheel woman” in a bank robbery. He had lived for years in a home for children where both parents were imprisoned.

Years later, after moving to a new address, an FBI agent knocked on my door. He showed badge, ID, and gave me a business card. He asked questions like, how did I know her, did she pay on time, what method did she pay, do I know where she is now, have I been in communication with her. I answered all questions, didn’t keep any contact. But I asked, why do you need this information? He stated, “ She has applied for a job with us.” Never knew what that meant.

Then, I found it interesting, he wanted to go to the bathroom. I found that an odd request.

Anyway, I haven’t heard anything more. But did have a personal, at home interview with one FBI agent.
