I have personally been fasting and praying every day, and then eat at sundown. When we put down the body, we lift up our spirit, and I feel this in a most tremendous way. I am praying and interceeding for God to show us His ways, and your link aligns with what the Holy Spirit has been telling me. And not only that, I take it as a sign, an answer to prayer.
Thank you! AMEN! There is no greater duty than to keep our eyes on God, to surround ourselves with His Word, and to keep fighting with our spiritual warfare.
