Science has been political since the beginning hundreds of years ago. Disagreements due to ego, competition, greed, power, religion and control have manipulated the sciences thru time. Is it any wonder that it's grown into the monster we see operating today! Fauci as an example! Just saying!

Quite the testimony!! My little garden was untouched! And my bucket of flowers!! It was like the angels lifted the tre, tilted it sideways, then shot it across the lawn!

What a perfect post for today: God is always faithful. I had a similar situation w/ trees (more than one Northern Pines w/ my house) but I am clinging to the Lord these days since my best friend and long time S.O. had a stroke/and seizure a month ago now. He took the vax five times (against my advice of course since I never took it) but I am really in deep mental anguish about the fact he is alive but his instant "almost".. dementia he is basically gone. I haven't seen him since he was in the hospital and his son took over his "health" which means.. well he is gone. Lord be with you, sister in Christ. thanks for the post. I also am retired from medicine.. more the research side then clinical; feels good to know Christians are still out here praying. Praise the Lord and Thank you. Isabell P.S I will skip the part that I am hacked daily and have been blocked now from my Google account which I have had for years. I have another one. and have to run Virus scans regularly since the Debate. Oh well.. God is good.. thanks again. Isabell

God is Great!!! 😃✋☝️

Thou knowest my downsitting and mine uprising, thou understandest my thought afar off. Thou compassest my path and my lying down, and art acquainted [with] all my ways. For [there is] not a word in my tongue, [but], lo, O LORD, thou knowest it altogether. Thou hast beset me behind and before, and laid thine hand upon me. [Such] knowledge [is] too wonderful for me; it is high, I cannot [attain] unto it.

[Psa 139:2-6 KJV]

Glad everyone and everything is okay! We can always replace things but what a blessing all of your living things survived (sans tree that was obviously feeding the bugs more than anything!) You would be surprised how quickly one home can burn through 4 cords of wood just for basic heating. We probably went thru at least that much this past winter and did supplement a bit with HVAC (turned down to 50 all winter). We burn strictly dead wood scavenged from tree fall on our property with a bit of wood that was given to a friend from a home excavation/new build requiring tree removal from the previous season. It’s smart either way to always have a cord or two handy in these uncertain times!

Absolutely it's imperative that we have extra wood! We had to use the HVAC last winter after leaving California for the Midwest. Now we know better and are moving towards resurrecting the wood stove!

Lots of trees here, too! God bless them for providing for us with oxygen, wood, heat, shade, fruit, leaves for burning into compost, bark and twigs for mulch, and more! Thank you God!

Dear Dr. Margaret: We are so happy you are well. God moves in our lives continuously--

We too had a tree come down-- the storm came in the dawn hours, but that afternoon, as some trickly sun came through clouds there was a sudden clap and then two huge cracks and a crash as a giant oak and a cherry tree fell in our backyard, missing everything. The oak had hung up in the cherry tree on the edge of our back woods, although we weren't aware it was hanging there until it came down. It was a classic "widow maker" waiting for gravity to give a last tug.

We experience Grace in great and small ways every day.... Love Ginger Breggin

Oh, I am glad you fared well from your tree's fall, too! It was quite the sight for you too, I am sure!

Yes, God is always there working to make His will known to man. Some days it's easy to see, and other days, we need to just be reminded;) ❤️

Wish we lived next door 🙌 🕊️!

God delivers. As you stay close to him you remain in his favor. God is so good, all the time. Reminds me of a diagnosis of breast cancer.. could have been devastating but was one of the most treatable. Thank you, Father God, for keeping Margaret and Ed safe and for all of these blessings..trials with a way out.

That is quite a testimony. We some years ago also had a tree fall which did not much damage.

Praise our Lord and Jesus.
