I first became aware of Morgellons back in the nineties whist researching stratospheric aerosol injections, commonly known as chemtrails. The etiology and pathogenesis is distinct and continues unabated with various injectables (thus combining atmospheric and subcutaneous vectors). If you want to research this in a way that can best stir popular opinion about Morgellons, I suggest perhaps looking at Joni Mitchell's statements. ("...multicolored fibers protruding from my skin like mushrooms after a storm...." And "...like something from outer space." On the Borrellia front, "Bitten" is an important read if somewhat inconclusive. A key reference in that book is a reference by Willy B. to the "** Agent" which he alludes to but never names outright.
I’ve felt what feels like currents racing through. I’d scratch my shoulder and suddenly my toe would hurt, I felt it “ travel” so fast. I had fibers and plastic like plaque come out . Upstate university hospital had me “ delusional parasitosis “ . I knew to refuse the psychiatric medication.
I had scabies as well, they didn’t write it in my chart.
After I got home from 5 daze in loony bin. , i slowly started weaning off 7 of 8 prescriptions for various autoimmune issues. Took a long time to detox from the rx. A few years later, heavy metal detox by Metagenics really helped get metals and parasites under control. They all worked together, the biofilms, molds, metals.
I am doing Ritchie Shoemaker protocol for biotoxin mold illness now. Pure resin cholystramine helps the biofilms.
Thankful to have a real doctor helping. Had years of neglect w insurance dictated doctors,)
So many factors. Born a premie, genetic marker for biotoxin mold illness, Lyme, thyroid ablation years ago, I was an alcoholic for 15 years, that didn’t help. Morgellons is very painful. Minimal symptoms since I detoxed slowly from numerous medications and did a detox a few years ago. Had adrenal exhaustion from ptsd, can’t absorb my vitamins and minerals well anymore. So many factors, plus the sky pollution and unhealthy additives in food ( apparently European people don’t have that problem as bad as Americans)
Such great input, although I am sorry for your suffering. Thank God you are better! I thought that the mention of using sulphur to rub on the skin seemed a bit extreme. Are you familiar with that?
Sulphur? No. I don’t agree with sulfa based medicine, so I wouldn’t try that one. I took endless baths in Epsom salts and various other things, for a year, that seemed to help a little. Before I got my current doctor.
Thank you for bravely shedding light on this. I suffered with this for over a year and a half. It was a really dark time. And I was also told it was delusional parasitosis. Between the horrific physical effects, and the medical world treating you like a crazy pariah, it does make you feel “crazy”.
Praise God mine finally went away with parasite and heavy metal detox protocols. But it brought me to the brink for sure. My heart breaks for those suffering from this rarely known, but very real condition.
Middelveen and Stricker are totally controlled disclosure, or simps.
I noticed a typo in the article, Middelvern instead of Middelveen.
Another controlled disclosure is that documentary 'Skin Deep - The Battle Over Morgellons', which I don't recommend to get educated. It pissed me off and surprise surprise, the producer AND the most annoying character, the psychiatrist, are both the tribe of the tiny hats.
Went off on a bit of a tangent..
I read this article diagonally, look great, thanks.
I'm sure your comments would make a good article. I don't know that much about it yet. Thank you.

Interesting on Joni Mitchell! Wow.

Clifford Carnicom research helped me stay calm, so few were talking about this unnatural phenomenon.
How long have you had this problem? What do you think started it?

I'm sure sorry.
Have you done:
-Heavy metal detox
-Ivermectin, which also helps Lyme
-augmented NAC
- Zeolite
- Nicotine
You are so kind to reply! Tried everything except zeolite, dr advised against it. Pure resin cholystramine helps.

Do you know if heavy metal detox is okay to do if you have metal in your body such as dental implants or plate and screws in a bone?
Not sure. I know when I did mine, my dental fillings ached, pulling out some of it. It was very painful but worth it. My bones ached also.
I had a prescription for the detox and was calling the doctor office regularly during the process.

Waiting for someone to tie this to RLS
