Praying hard for you Rebecca, I am so sorry you lost your beautiful daughter, I have no idea what that feels like, I only have one child too, I would die if she died the way your daughter did.
I know that's literally exactly what Satan would want, for Rebecca to die ... and may I remind Rebecca that it's easier to die than to LIVE AND FIGHT BACK! 💪
... Which is exactly what she is doing 🙌 , and also spreading this horrific news so that NO OTHER MOM SHOULD SUFFER this way! Amen to that!
I have just joined ur prayer chain. I have 2 daughters of my own. I cannot imagine the difficulty getting through your days you must face. Yes, God can perform miracles! Yes, He can answers prayers in a multitude of ways. I was trying to bring a malpractice suit forward re a legal/judicial system for a young man my husband and I have advocated for; supported emotionally and financially for 4 years. Much to my dismay, no attorney felt he didn't have a case to fight. The last legal practice I tried to take his case declined as well. I was dismayed and asked for specific reasons for the denial. Much to my surprise there were some case issues that concerned them, but mostly the problem was that the case needed to b ready to go to court b4 the date the statute of limitations is up. They said the young man's case would have taken 6 mo to one year to complete and then file. So based on my experience I am dishearten but not surprised your case has been denied.
I realize the case for your daughters unnecessary and negligent death is so much more important than the case we were helping with. Im sure there are many good reasons why the case was filed one say past the deadline. I feel this problem is one that perhaps legislative/legal action should address.
It seems to me the law about statutes should have some flexibility built into it re statue dates written for families and other loved ones to extend the date of the statute in certain situations.
My prayers for you and all those who loved your daughter who want to see those guilty of killing her brought to justice include God give you strength to bear this grief, that he provide you a fine degree of discernment and send or speak to you a clear message of what you should do so you feel you have done the right thing in this horrific situation, that he comfort you in your grief and he give to u the gift of peace beyond understanding. I have no doubt you were trying your very best to get lawyers to take your case
to move forward. If there is any case needed to have the statute date extended, it is this case. I stand on the foundation of the rock of Jesus as God tells us we can and call for all evil and all demonic forces at work keeping this case from going forward to be cast out and never return in the name of Jesus the Christ.
Hi Melissa, firstly thank you for praying form me and surrounding me in His protection.
My case was filed 1.11 minutes before the statue, it is not denied only waiting for a response from the defendants. The attorneys have made every excuses known to man. But we believe that God is in control of all things, and I am not giving up. I just found out the defendants have 30 days because I am of out of the state of NY, I still have time.
What a beautiful note and personal message of insight and hope, Melissa. I am sorry you couldn't find the legal help you sought, but am glad that your experience gave you the added capacity to shed prayers upon Rebecca's plight.
Im trying to send some of Rebecca's info so this group can contact her. Having difficulty getting substack to copy/paste into their summary intake.
Can u send her basic bio info address, email, etc so I might send it to the law group for Rebecca? I understand if u cannot. Im a retired nurse so I get the privacy laws.

You might want to look at their website. It tells of cases they have won and that they fight for the very thing Rebecca says she's looking for.
They were so very kind to me, wishing they could help, answering my every question even after they said they could not take the case. I pray they can help her.
Thank you for all u publish on this site. I need to begin to undo damage from the COVID Illness and immunization for myself and also my family, just for the immunization. I worry about my 4 yr old grandson.
Praying for you, Rebecca. You are not alone. Many people are covering you in prayer. Praying for an attorney as well as funding. Also praying for strength for you. That you will feel Jesus' love & comfort surrounding you, and praying for justice for your beautiful daughter, Danielle. 🙏❤️
