I have had a huge problem with religious exemptions from the start. To my mind, by asking for an exemption you actually VALIDATE their right to impose something on you, and then like a good little slave you beg them to let you off the hook. Bodily autonomy is a given. It’s not a right - given by god or otherwise - it comes from the simple fact that you are an individual who is not beholden to anything or anyone unless you choose to be. People do not understand this simple definition of freedom, and religious exemptions just muddy the waters.

Thank you for this article! I applaud you! My son has been a paramedic for the last 20 years, with degrees and more certifications than I'm even aware of. He claimed religious exemption throughout the whole Covid ordeal. Not once did he catch it and after a short while, he even refused to wear the official protocol garb. His reasoning was that when a government mandates you have to get vaccinated, there is a more sinister motive behind it all. And your article proved it! In fact, little know to the public in our area, an old K-mart was turned into a vaccine center, behind the building was stationed out of the public view 3-4 ambulances continously, because people were falling over left and right with analytic shock after the vaccine was administered.
Living in socal the LAUSD case was circulated widely among the questioners / thinkers / fighters.
There is no defense against common sense. Just lies and tyranny of liars posing as servant leaders.
