While on May 1, 2024, 49 U.S. Senators signed a letter to the President rejecting the WHO’s Pandemic Treaty, 18 more “Nay” votes are needed to defeat the WHO.

Addendum May 4, 2024: As noted in a comment by Bob Schubring, additional votes are needed to oppose the WHO treaty. And as noted by Jerome Armstrong, an international treaty requires a 2/3 Senate vote (67 of 100 votes), not a simple majority (51 of 100 votes). This means that 18, not 2 votes are needed to DEFEAT the WHO pandemic treaty.
